Each room has individual controls. Set temperature between 20-24°C for optimal comfort. Please turn off when leaving the villa.

Check-out time: 10am Please: Empty fridge, start dishwasher, close all windows, set alarm, leave keys in key safe.

Firewood is available in the utility room. Please use the fireplace safely and responsibly. Do not leave unattended.

Motion sensors active at night. Manual switches by kitchen door. Pool lights: Timer 7pm-11pm. Garden party lights switch in utility room.

Spa instructions: Turn on the spa at the power point. Set temperature to 38°C. Turn off when not in use.

TV instructions: Use the Samsung remote for power and volume. Use the Sky Q remote for channels and streaming services. Netflix and Prime Video are available through the Sky Q menu.
