When going out at night, outside light switches are located just outside the front door and on the entrance wall by the parking area. If in a deluxe villa using the fireplace, please follow the provided instructions. When the fire is started, please ensure it is on slow combustion. For the sake of our environment, please turn off lights and air conditioning when heading out for the day.
Please be aware of security, check that all windows and doors are locked when leaving the villa. Mobile service with some carriers can sometimes be poor in our part of Yallingup - we find the best service is located outside and mainly at the front of the villas. In the unlikely event of a local area power outage, there are torches provided in the kitchen, under the sink. The pump which supplies our water to the villas will also be affected, but will resume automatically as soon as the power is restored.There is no onsite office at our villas, however our management and staff are onsite every day should there be anything you require us to attend to during your stay. We are also available by phone or text at 0497 510 123 between 9am-5pm everyday. Our staff are also on call after-hours on the above mobile number should you need to contact us urgently.
At the end of your stay with us we would appreciate you locking up and placing the key back to where you retrieved it from on your arrival for our staff to collect on your departure.
